PUEBLA, Mexico — A community-led initiative in Puebla has successfully transformed a once-neglected and dangerous alleyway into a vibrant open-air art gallery, breathing new life into the neighborhood and drawing an influx of cultural tourists.
The revitalization project was spearheaded by local artist Israel Jiménez, who sought to rewrite the narrative of an area previously defined by insecurity and despair.
