Center for US Voters Abroad Turnout Project

The Center for U.S. Voters Abroad Turnout Project is a non-profit organization that helps U.S. citizens vote regardless of where they’re located in the world.

Important notice for US Citizens abroad . Your individual voting activity is publicly available. We know elected officials pay more attention to people who vote, so make sure they see your name in the voter column. Request your 2024 election ballot today.

Most U.S. citizens living outside the United States are eligible to vote absentee!

The first step is to register via a special federal form for overseas voters, and we are here to help.

This form takes 5-7 minutes to fill out, and you will need:

  • Your state identification number or social security number ?
  • Your address in the state where you were last domiciled prior to leaving the U.S. ?

We recommend that you submit a new form (called an FPCA) every calendar year — and each time you move to a new address.
