The Jalisco State Prosecutor’s Office reported that two people were arrested in Querétaro, identified as likely responsible for the disappearance of people inside a brickyard in the municipality of Lagos de Moreno, where the five young people also disappeared.
Enahu “A” and Emanuel “A” are already at the disposal of the Control and Orality Judge, who will be in charge of their legal situation.
“Results of the investigative work of the State Prosecutor’s Office, with the support of its Querétaro counterpart, yielded favorable results with the capture of two subjects identified as probable perpetrators in crimes related to the disappearance of people,” read a Twitter post. carried out by the Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the investigation folder opened for the alleged case, the individuals indicated for their probable participation in the disappearance of two Unidentified Deceased Persons (PFSI), located on August 20 in a property located in El Sabino privately located at the intersection with Camino Real de Zacatecas, in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco.
After the investigations, agents of the Public Ministry obtained an arrest warrant and based on the follow-up inquiries, it was possible to locate them in Querétaro; to which the Jalisco authorities requested the support of the authorities of said entity so that they could carry out the arrest.
“Enahu A. and Emanuel A. were handed over to elements of the Judicial Order Investigation Police, who were in charge of transferring them to Jalisco where they were made available to the court that required them for crimes related to the disappearance of people,” stated the Jalisco State Prosecutor’s Office.
THERE ARE THREE ARRESTED FOR DISAPPEARANCE
With this arrest there are three detainees for disappearance in Lagos de Moreno, last Saturday, September 2, through an operation carried out by agents of the Special Prosecutor’s Office for Missing Persons (FEPD) of the Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office, the capture of another subject was achieved. He is identified as possibly responsible for the commission of crimes related to the disappearance of people in a brickyard located in Lagos de Moreno.
A subject related to the disappearance of two people in Lagos de Moreno, in the Los Altos de Jalisco region, was captured on Saturday afternoon by elements of the Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office.
“This is Valentín S., who was arrested by the Investigative Police by means of an arrest warrant in # Teuchitlán, for which he has already been made available to the Judge,” the Jalisco State Prosecutor’s Office reported on social networks.
