The World Airport Awards were presented in Paris to name the best airports in the world.
The British consultancy Skytrax revealed the list of the 100 best airports in the world in 2022, where none of the air terminals in Mexico managed to enter the ranking.

The world winner for the second consecutive year was Hamad International Airport, located in the city of Doha, Qatar, which was also recognized for being the cleanest and for having transported more than 20 million passengers.
On the other hand, the best airport in Latin America was “El Dorado Luis Carlos Galán Sarmiento” International Airport, located in the center of the city of Bogotá, Colombia.
It was followed by the Quito International Airport, Ecuador, while the third place went to the Jorge Chávez International Airport, located in the province of Callao, Peru.
No Mexican airport managed to enter the top 190 of the best in Central America and the Caribbean, North America, or South America.
