The best place to visit near Queretaro

Tequisquiapan, Mexico is a Pueblo Mágico (Magic Town) located about 1 hour’s drive away from Queretaro. It makes a great day trip for trying locally made cheese and wine.

Today, we’re making the one-hour drive from Queretaro city to the nearby magic town (pueblo magico) called Tequisquiapan. This town is known for its artisenal cheese, wine, and local products. The town is quaint and walkable, making it perfect for casual exploring. You can also visit the local vineyards and cheese-making facilities just a short drive away. We decided to check out some artesanías markets in town, try a cheese plate at Rio 33 restaurant, and explore on foot. Hope you enjoy our Tequisquiapan, Mexico vlog!
