The San Luis Potosí overpass, recently inaugurated to connect Circuito Potosí and Bulevar Valle de los Fantasmas, is considered the largest in the state for several reasons.
This new infrastructure project, which begins in the municipality of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez, has marked a turning point for the San Luis Potosí metropolitan area.
This mega-bridge spans one kilometer, making it, at the time of its inauguration, the largest in San Luis Potosí. It is also the “highest bridge” in the state, according to Governor Ricardo Gallardo Cardona, as it is a double-height overpass exceeding 15 meters.
This bridge connects the municipalities of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez, Villa de Pozos, Cerro de San Pedro, and the capital city of San Luis Potosí, a feat unmatched by any other infrastructure project in the state.
This means that this mega-bridge facilitates the movement of approximately 1.8 million people living in these four communities.
This bridge is considered the largest in San Luis Potosí.
