Infonavit alone projects reaching 45,000 homes across various municipalities in the state, with thousands of units already under construction or contract in areas like the capital city and Lomas de San Miguel.
Regularization and Credit Support: Beyond constructing new properties, the comprehensive program includes issuing public deeds, providing financial assistance for home improvements, and restructuring or clearing mortgage loans that were previously unpayable for thousands of families.
Social and Urban Impact: The new housing units are designed to meet modern standards for space and basic utilities, aiming to spur orderly urban development and guarantee property security for the region’s residents.
