Simon Levy is a doctor in law, a postdoctoral researcher in data science at the University of California, Berkeley, and one of the few Western voices deeply trained at the School of Law at the People’s University of China in Beijing. He was Undersecretary of Planning and Tourism Policy of Mexico (2018–2019), and he resigned to become one of the most ferocious critics of Morena and the so-called fourth transformation movement.
Simon Levy and his team claim to have infiltrated every cell, committee, and group of Morena in the United States with their own informants.
They recorded them. They followed them. And they uncovered Morena’s entire financial operation within the U.S.
Levy declared that this isn’t politics. It’s organized crime.

This is equivalent to 54% of MAGA Inc.’s total budget (US$300 million). While there’s no medicine for children with cancer in Mexico, there is plenty of money to try to bring down Trump.
The research uncovered operations in 35 counties across 12 states. Eight main committees, five subcommittees in Los Angeles alone, and approximately 45 operational cells. None registered under FARA.
The Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) is a 1938 U.S. law requiring individuals or entities acting on behalf of foreign principals—governments, political parties, or organizations—to register with the US Department of Justice. It promotes transparency, ensuring the public knows when foreign interests attempt to influence U.S. policy or opinion, rather than prohibiting the activity itself.
None of these committees have been reported to the FBI. None have been audited by the Treasury Department.
