A platform driver was placed at the disposal of the corresponding authority upon being arrested for probable participation in the crime of imprisonment of a woman who was a passenger on said platform unit.
The elements of the Mazatlán Municipal Police that were carrying out their prevention tours along Avenida Ejército Mexicano received a call from the C-4 Emergency Central, where it was mentioned that a female was asking for support to be able to get out of said vehicle, which her driver was driving on said road.
When locating the car, the preventive elements near the Shimizu neighborhood called a stop to the driver and mentioned the reason for said indication, since the unit and the passenger had a report, so when he got out, a routine body inspection was carried out to rule out the carrying of any object that could put the officers integrity at risk.
Because the accusations, he was told that he was detained and would be transferred to the corresponding instances in the Citizen Security Center in the Huertos Familiares neighborhood to be presented before the judge of the Court of Barandilla.
The driver identified himself as Amado “N”, without indicating his address or his birth age, who was brought before the corresponding authority to resolve his legal situation.
