Threatening banners signed with the initials of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel ( CJNG ) appeared in different parts of Querétaro on Sunday, November 27. According to data from the authorities, the blankets appeared in various places in Pedro Escobedo .
The drug message claimed that the place belongs to Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes El Mencho, leader of the so-called cartel of the four letters and it was written in black letters, while the initials and the name of an alleged commander were in red.
Through his Twitter account, the Queretaro Police of Pedro Escobedo reported that the messages appeared specifically in the communities of La Lira and La Venta and after the appearance of the canvases, state and municipal police carried out an operation in the vicinity to try to find the people who posted the material.

It should be noted that the message referred to the government and to “scourges” whom they accused of being traitors, in addition to being allegedly signed by the criminal group.
As a result, the Queretaro Police of Pedro Escobedo announced that information for the investigation was found through recordings and reported that there was a presence of uniformed officers in the place.
“CJNG. The cleansing of treacherous government and scourges begins, Querétaro belongs to Mr. Mencho. Atte Cmte Castro”, said one of the messages found. Preliminary reports indicated that a total of four messages were found.

Days later, the identity of the victim named Emmanuel “N”, alias El Zermeño, was confirmed during the morning conference of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), the undersecretary of public security of the Secretariat for Citizen Security and Protection (SSPC), Ricardo Mejía Berdeja, announced the death.

It should also be noted that, according to the authorities, he was a member of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel, a group led by El Marro, however, later he would have passed to the cartel led by El Mencho.
(El Zermeño) “was part of the criminal organization Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel, whose head is José Antonio ‘N’, alias ‘El Marro’, and after having generated a break with this criminal organization he would have joined the Jalisco Nueva Cartel Generation, provoking various acts of violence and homicides, ”said Mejía Berdeja.
