Sure, most of the NFL greats were American players, but there were also wonderful players from other countries, like Canada and Mexico. Some of those players made history in the most popular sport in the United States of America and they definitely deserve a tribute. Tom Fears

Tom Fears was an American football player and coach. He played college football at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He was drafted in the first round of the 1948 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams.

Fears played nine seasons for the Rams from 1948 to 1956. He was a five-time Pro Bowl selection and was named first-team All-Pro three times. He led the NFL in receptions three times and is one of only four players to do so. His 1,116 receiving yards in 1950 are still a Rams franchise record. He retired as the NFL’s all-time leader in receptions and receiving yards. 

Fears was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1970. After his playing career, he coached college football at Occidental College and then returned to the Rams as an assistant coach from 1966 to 1972. He was one of those players who really understood the game when he was on and off the field. He taught many young American football players the secrets of the game.

The Career Of Raúl Allegre

Raúl Allegre is a former American football placekicker and television sportscaster. He played college football at the University of Texas, and was drafted in the seventh round of the 1983 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys. He also played for the Indianapolis Colts, New York Giants, Houston Oilers, and New York Jets.

After retiring from playing football, Allegre became a sportscaster. He has worked as a color commentator for ESPN’s Sunday Night Football and Monday Night Football. He understands the game and he is one of the best analysts today. People are used to soccer Mexican players, but Raúl Allegre is an example that Mexican players can have successful careers in the wonderful sport of American football and the NFL.

Isaac Alarcón Garcia

Isaac is a professional NFL player born in Mexico that is currently playing for the Dallas Cowboys. He plays as an offensive tackle. When it comes to his early football career, Isaac joined Club Pumas at the age of 14. This is a youth football club then attended the UANL High School in Monterrey, Mexico.

After showing how good he is, he managed to get a football scholarship from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. When he was younger, he played as a right and left tackle. He was one of the best players and he managed to win the Mexican college football national championship. He also managed to get into the Mexico national team and win a bronze medal in the U19 World Championship in China.

He signed for the Dallas Cowboys on April 27, 2020. He was part of the NFL’s International Player Pathway Program, which allowed him a chance to train for two months with professional NFL players. He hoped that he would get drafted by some of the NFL teams.

Then, Issac was first drafted by the Calgary Stampeders in the third round of the 2021 CFL Global draft. After that contract, his dreams came true when he signed a contract with the Cowboys on January 18, 2022.
