Capufe reports a 7.36% increase in Toll road fees

Federal Roads and Bridges (Capufe) reported that as of this Wednesday, February 16, the rates of the roads and bridges under its responsibility will have an average increase of 7.36% due to the inflation registered in 2020 and 2021.

“The rates, which will come into force as of 00:00:01 on Wednesday, February 16 of the current year, consider the update of comparing the inflation rates of December 2020 and 2021,” the agency reported in a statement. .

In the case of the Mexico-Acapulco corridor, Capufe specified that an additional increase within the 10% limit was determined in response to the postponement of the increase in fees in this section.

“The adjustment in the rates of each collection point may vary due to rounding effects for each type of vehicle, as well as with respect to the average increase,” added Capufe.
