Mazatlan, Sinaloa – Found at a home that suffered devastation by fire was the body of a resident of origin American whose identity so far is unknown.

The incident occurred in a house located on Río Bravo avenue, almost on the corner of Jesús García, behind the FGR facilities, in the Palos Prietos neighborhood; Elements of Mazatlán Firefighters with two combat units responded to the call to quell the fire.

Municipal Police officers arrived at the scene to cordon off the perimeter while the Fire Department and Civil Protection worked on the situation. Experts from the Prosecutor’s Office and the Apollo Investigation Group processed the scene and ordered that the body be picked up by employees of the funeral home on duty and taken to the Semefo for identification and delivery to their relatives.
