At an exclusive event held at Supra Rooftop, the Eklund | Gomes and The Society Group made their first international presentation; choosing Mexico City as a starting point. Co-founders Frederik Eklund and John Gomes, in the company of Julia Spillman -CEO of the firm- and other members of the team, had the opportunity to make themselves known among a list of key guests for national design and architecture.
David Kaufman, Digital Director of AD USA, mentioned the importance of bilateral relations in favor of globalization, architecture and design. Kaufman spoke about the fact that one of the most important real estate associations in the United States sees a potential market in Mexico, it is one more step to tear down the existing “walls” between the two nations.
For his part, John Gomes mentioned his passion for architecture and design, and how this led him from a young age to leaf through the pages of Architectural Digest for what he considers this presentation by the hand of the title, one of the most relevant successes of the group.
The event was also attended by creatives from AD100 such as Michel Rojkind, Cristina Grappin, Fernando Weber and Anina Schulte-Trux from Weber Arquitectos; and Gabriel Askenazi from Sulkin Askenazi.
