On Thursday, 105 passengers were welcomed from the new Las Vegas – Puerto Vallarta flight of the Frontier airline, since it will be operating twice a week, Thursday and Sunday.
It is worth mentioning that this flight was previously only for the summer season and operated with another airline ; however, it will now be all year long.
The passengers who arrived at the destination were received by personnel from the airline, the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and the Public Trust for Tourism Promotion in this city. In addition, the plane was ” christened ” once it landed on the runway.
The capacity is 180 seats, but they block the middle space and it is operated by an Airbus 320. Also, the flight lasts a little over 3 hours.
“The reinstallation of the Las Vegas route is a sign of the confidence and recovery that Puerto Vallarta is experiencing. The inhabitants of the gambling capital have been regular customers to this destination. In 2019, this origin was the eleventh in importance in the number of passengers arriving at the Puerto Vallarta International Airport from the US“, concluded Luis Villaseñor, Director of the Public Trust for Promotion.
