Mazatlán surpasses Ahome in number of active cases; Culiacán continues at top with 333
CULIACÁN.- The historical number of accumulated cases of Covid-19 in Sinaloa is 1,168 cases, of which 566 are active and for the first time Mazatlán (70) surpassed Ahome (67) in the number of active infections, the State Secretary of Health.
In the case of deaths from the new coronavirus strain in the state, 3 occurred, two of them in Culiacán, and one more in Navolato.
The state agency reported that 56 new patients with the virus were registered in the last 24 hours, highlighting Culiacán with 44, followed by Mazatlán with 4 more and Ahome with 3; Guasave, Navolato, Cosalá, El Fuerte and Salvador Alvarado presented a case.
