After the federal government, through the Ministry of Health, confirmed that in Jalisco there are already suspected cases of Coronavirus Covid-19, Jalisco authorities, issued a statement where they announce that several municipalities, including Puerto Vallarta, they must adopt preventive measures to prevent infections of respiratory diseases in public transport.

“The measures are for the metropolitan areas of Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, Zapotlán El Grande, and Tepatitlán. “Also for the Urban Electric Train System (SITEUR), which includes Lines 1 and 2, in addition to SITREN, Macrobús, and its feeder lines.”

Official statement | In accordance with the recommendations of the Secretary of Health of the State of Jalisco, the Ministry of Transportation officially requested the transporters to adopt the necessary preventive measures to prevent infections of respiratory diseases.
