Mexican actor Tenoch Huerta returns to the silver screen in the next Marvel Comics production, part of the Avengers saga.

On social media, Tenoch Huerta was surprised to learn that Tenoch Huerta is part of the cast of the Russo brothers’ new superhero film, which will be released in May 2026.

This, despite the controversy that still surrounds him, as the Mexican actor was accused in 2023 of abuse by saxophonist María Elena Ríos, with whom he had a relationship, although he denied the allegations.

Huerta expressed his gratitude on social media for the opportunity to return as Namor, who appeared as the antagonist in the second installment of the Black Panther film.

In April 2023, saxophonist Elena Ríos accused actor Tenoch Huerta of sexual assault.

The musician and women’s rights activist filed the complaint on her Twitter account, calling Huerta a “sexual abuser and predator.”

Huerta publicly stated that they had a consensual relationship and that Ríos wants to take advantage of her success in the film industry to extort money from him.
