Truck driver records shooting on the Mexico-Tuxpan highway the video went viral (VIDEO)

Last Tuesday, April 23, the Mexico-Tuxpan highway was closed at kilometer 234 near the Tuxpan booth, derived from an alleged shooting at the location, which was confirmed shortly after.

According to local media, the incident occurred between agents of the National Guard (GN) and members of a criminal group, an event that was recorded by a truck driver.

In the video, the driver can be heard saying “now I got the live movie,” while the officers detonate their weapons as they received the order to “shoot, shoot, shoot.”

In addition to this driver, other motorists witnessed the confrontation and shared images warning of the situation they experienced. At that time, the area was cordoned off and the vehicular passage was closed to carry out the first investigations.

Regarding the aforementioned facts, the Secretariat of Public Security of the State of Veracruz issued a statement through its social networks confirming the facts.

After the confrontation, the agents of the National Guard seized a vehicle and the weapons of the aggressors, who fled in an unknown direction without anyone knowing about them until now.
