Bacalar is a small town located in the State of Quintana Roo and located about 40 km north of the capital, Chetumal. Its great attraction is its impressive lagoon of 7 colors that is also identified as “Rainbow Lagoon” for its beautiful shades of crystalline waters. These are the result of the combination of coral diversity and underwater flora.

It is characterized by being shallow and circular in shape, which allows you to swim comfortably without any problem. In its surroundings, there are both private houses and small inns that allow access to the lagoon.
