During a visit to Tampico, Tamaulipas, on Thursday, July 6th, Morena presidential candidate Claudia Sheinbaum pointed out that she does not want to enter into a confrontation with Xóchitl Gálvez, a prospect for the presidential candidacy of the Broad Front for Mexico, made up of the PAN, PRI, and PRD.
Sheinbaum pointed out that the issue is the national project that each one represents and the PAN senator embodies one that wants to return to the past.
“The best example of this is the one who heads their project, José Ángel Gurría, who is the most neoliberal that approved Fobaproa,” he said in an interview.
When asked about the meeting she had with Gálvez to invite her to Morena, she replied that it happened in 2018, but that she said at that time that she did not want a senatorial position.
