American superstar Taylor Swift will perform in Mexico for the first time 

Taylor Swift will perform in August 2023 at the Foro Sol. After several weeks of rumors and speculation about the extension of her tour in Latin America, this Friday the news that thousands of swifties had expected was confirmed.

Through the singer’s social networks, it was announced that Taylor added three dates in Mexico to The Eras Tour, a tour with which she has currently toured different cities in the United States and Canada; now, she will arrive in our country in a few months.

This will be the first time that Taylor Swift comes to Mexico since during her previous tours she had not visited any Latin American country.

Dates the Taylor Swift concerts be in Mexico?

The singer of ‘All Too Well’ will arrive on Aztec land to give two concerts on August 24, 25, and 26 at Foro Sol in CDMX.

So far, they are the only three confirmed shows. It is unknown if Taylor plans to visit other cities such as Monterrey or Guadalajara, also considered concert capitals.

Ticketmaster and Ocesa in Mexico also confirmed Taylor’s three concert dates at the Foro Sol, however, there is still no official price range for the singer’s shows.

It should be noted that in order to purchase tickets on the Ticketmaster platform, fans will have to register in advance.

How to register to buy tickets?

According to a statement from Ocesa, users who wish to obtain a ticket for any of Taylor Swift’s concerts must register in the available section of ticketmaster.com.mx from today until June 7 at 11:59 p.m.

This is the procedure you must follow:

• Step 1 – Registration: Sign in with your account; then select the show and register your email and phone number. You will immediately receive confirmation.
• Step 2 – Verification: Ticketmaster will verify each request to make sure it is not a bot.
• Step 3 – Access link or waiting list: The day before the ticket sale you will be notified in which group you are, if in those who have access or those who are on the waiting list.

Ticketmaster pointed out that you will only be able to select a concert date in the registration and during the purchase, you will have the possibility of acquiring a maximum of four tickets.

Remember that on the day of purchase, you must have your credit or debit card on hand to enter the verification code during the procedure.

When are Taylor Swift concert tickets on sale?

Ticket sales will be made according to the concert date you selected in your registration. The days allocated for purchase access are the following:

• June 13 / For the concert on August 24
• June 14 / For the concert on August 25
• June 15 / For the concert on August 26

According to the company’s page, only users who receive an access link on June 12 will be able to access the virtual row of the dates indicated in the bulletin.

Actually, Taylor Swift has never shared the reasons why in her previous tours she had not contemplated any Latin American country, but social networks and some fans consider that this was due to the little popularity that ‘Tay’ had previously.
