It is known that the two are the product of the relationship between Chapo Guzmán and Griselda Guadalupe López Pérez and/or Silvia Escoto Muñoz.
“This serious threat forces our country to modernize and update our response to drug trafficking. I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat, ”Biden wrote in his December 15 Executive Order.
