“Altomare is a 23-level tower, in which 68 condominiums with panoramic views of the Malecón and Central Park are located, four Jr. penthouses and a master penthouse, a floor for amenities, one for upper parking, another for the Lobby of income, and a parking lot in the basement ”, he detailed in his presentation.

“Mazatlán has been transformed and this renewed image is what encourages us to invest. We cannot spare the highest recognition to Governor Quirino Ordaz Coppel for the work done in favor of our tourist destination; Today we have a renewed urban image, a modern boardwalk with a rebuilt Avenida del Mar, a renovated Historic Center, which gives Mazatlán identity and of course, large roads that not only contribute to mobility but to the improvement of entire areas, as is the case of Avenida Bahía, which came to give a very important plus to this entire area ”, he emphasized.
In this sense, he gave extensive recognition to the chemist Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, mayor of Mazatlán, as he said, in addition to being a participant in these great works, he has been a great facilitator for investment and therefore a contributor to job creation.
He added that one of the basic requirements that the government of the chemist Benítez asks of the developers is that the economy moves here, that the purchases are made mostly in local companies and of course, that the construction companies are local, with which He indicated that he fully agreed.
“I am sure that Mazatlán will continue in this same situation for the next few years. Fortunately, we will have the chemist Benítez in charge of this municipality for 3 more years, and there is no doubt that he will work as a team with the government of the very next governor, Rubén Rocha Moya, who has already made very important commitments with the tourism sector, which without a doubt it will have to comply; We, for our part, do and will continue to do our part for the development of Mazatlán; we continue to bet on our land, he indicated.
