AMPI seeks to comply with all the requirements for caring for the environment
Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- The real estate boom in Mazatlán continues and for this year there are 10 new towers in different areas of the city, revealed Roberto Carlos Arellano Osorio
The president of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals stressed that Mazatlán has done very well, since investment in the sector is very strong in our municipality
He stated that the improvement in the urban infrastructure of the destination has caused the interest of local and national entrepreneurs to invest.
” There are about 10 developments coming for this year that in the end will give us another growth and more inventory in vacation rentals for our visitors and people who want to invest in Mazatlán, ” he said.
Arellano Osorio assured that in this growth and development that the destination registers, they are vigilant so that all the requirements that the regulations mark are met.
“We are ensuring that all requirements are met. Actually, what the regulation establishes is very important to take care of the environment and we have a very good relationship with the Planning Department to continue with tourism growth and real estate development but in an orderly manner,” he said.
The AMPI leader estimated that there are about 9 thousand rooms available in condominiums in Mazatlán, of which approximately 70% is destined for vacation rentals.
It seeks to give certainty to the investment.
” A real estate development study is being carried out to determine the number of properties that are owned and how many are being generated for vacation rentals,” he concluded.
