With great success, the first spring tasting was held in Mozzamare, within the framework of World Malbec Day.
This in order to instill the culture of wine, since there are many innovations, not only in Mexico but throughout the world.
Attendees enjoyed an evening with music, cheese and charcuterie stations, barbecue, chorizo, desserts, signature cocktails and the best selection of Malbec wines.
Daphne Fernández, general manager of the Marival Hotels in Nuevo Vallarta, highlighted that after the acceptance of this event, they will try to hold about four a year, where the local public and tourists are invited to taste, not only wines and labels but also of a gastronomic variety of the chefs who work in the hotels of this group.
“The labels that we have today are important from home, we have many wines with high-level international awards so everyone who came to taste it today, especially the wines, will leave very happy because they leave with wines and a diversity gastronomic ”.
The attendees tasted the best dishes, which was a combination of wine with food, by the Corporate Chef of Grupo Marival , José Alfredo Jiménez. It should be noted that the internationally recognized wine producers that participated were: Casa Madero, Bodega Renacer, Zuccardi Valle de Uco, Ventisquero, Bodega Norton, Riviera Wine & Spirits and Terrazas de los Andes.
The chef said he was happy with this event because it was the first of its kind and others will come to pamper tourists and also locals. The Marival Group, committed to the health of its guests, implemented the corresponding sanitary measures.
In this regard, Salvador Ramos, vice president of sales and marketing of the Marival Group, reported that they are starting on the right foot in 2021, and they have always stood out in the destination of Riviera Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta with their events and activities, so this tasting was no exception.
It is worth mentioning that at this event were present: Mr. Alfonzo Rizzuto, President, and CEO of Marival Group, who enjoyed the evening with his distinguished family.
