PES militants in Tlaxcala literally “fight” for candidacies
Other party members were also caught exchanging blows with groups seeking to participate in the June 6 political contest.
Militants of the Tlaxcala Solidarity Encounter Party beat each other during a meeting in which they were negotiating the distribution of candidacies for members of city councils.
A video circulating on social networks shows the violent behavior of the president of the PES in Tlaxcala, Alejandro Martínez Hernández, during the meeting at the headquarters of this political party.
In the same way, other members of the party were also caught while distributing blows and shoves to the groups that seek to participate in the June 6 contest.
Even some women can be seen on the video being beaten up by the leaders and workers of the state leadership.
Despite the fact that the Federal Constitution allows women to participate on equal terms with men in electoral processes, Alejandro Martínez blamed his militants for bringing women to the party meeting.
