The nose train of a Viva Aerobus airline collapsed before taking off at the International Airport of Puerto Vallarta , Jalisco . The aircraft was destined for Monterrey, Nuevo León.
- The incident occurred before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 18th, and left no injuries
- There were 127 people, between passengers and crew, who were unharmed
- The company reviews alternatives to transfer affected passengers to their destination
- The aircraft is under review

After the incident, Viva Aerobus explained what happened on flight VIV4343 and regretted the effects that the case could have caused to its users:

In social networks, images of the crashed plane which covered the Puerto Vallarta-Monterrey route went viral.

A video was also released that gives an account of the accident that affected more than 100 passengers, who were evacuated from the aircraft on slides.

This video shows the moments after the incident: vehicles from the International Airport of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, approach the collapsed aircraft to help the passengers: “Stand aside”, can be heard in the recording.
