Sinaloa.- The rain forecast that the National Meteorological Service had been anticipating for several days, was fulfilled for Sinaloa, which this Sunday, November 8, registers intervals of rainfall mainly in the north of the entity. 

This morning, areas such as El Fuerte and Ahome registered dense clouds and light and scattered rains in different areas, as in the case of the city of Los Mochis. 

The climate agency foresees that for this Sunday intervals of showers of 5.1 to 25 mm will continue to be recorded, accompanied by electrical discharges and strong gusts of wind during storms.

In addition, it contemplates that due to these conditions generated by the passage of the cold front 12, the temperatures will also change, which will go from the oppressive 40 degrees, to 30 ° C or 35 ° C, a little less heat  

The National Meteorological Service forecasts mostly cloudy skies for the North Pacific with heavy occasional rains in Sonora and intervals of showers in Sinaloa. 

Very cold in the morning and warm in the afternoon. Probability of snow or sleet fall in northern Sonora. West and southwest wind from 15 to 25 km / h with gusts of 70 to 80 km / h, in addition to dust storms in Sonora and gusts of 60 to 70 km / h in the Sea of ​​Cortes.

Cold Front 12 is felt over Mexico; so the weather forecast for this Sunday

The National Meteorological Service reported that for today,  cold front No. 12  will extend over the northwest and north of the country, will continue to be associated with a high trough and will cause showers with strong punctual rains and intense winds with dustbins over said regions . 

The climate organism also anticipates the possible fall of snow or sleet in the mountainous areas of Baja California and Sonora. 

On the other hand, a low-pressure channel will generate heavy showers and occasional rains over entities in southern Mexico and the Yucatan Peninsula. In entities of Mesa del Norte and Mesa Central, the cold morning environment will continue with possible frosts in high areas.
