Culiacán.- With the help of the Culiacán Municipal Police and members of the Laika Protectores de Animales foundation, a small dog, which was found with an arrow that pierced its neck on a street in the Villa Fontana subdivision, was transferred to a veterinarian to get medical attention.
The authorities learned of the events through social networks by the publication of a resident of Villa Fontana who took the animal to the vet. So far it has not been possible to establish who is responsible for this atrocity.
Brenda Gonzalez León, from the Laika Animal Protection Foundation, asked citizens for financial support to defray the costs of medical care, since during this pandemic many animals have been abandoned and some have required medical assistance.
