The other unit involved is a passenger bus of the Primera Plus line.

The truck was running from north to south, while the truck was traveling in the opposite direction, when one of the two units arrived at kilometer 180 of the toll road and invaded lane and caused the crash.

Due to the impact, the truck practically broke in two, the Canadian couple being trapped inside, while the bus went off the road and fell into a drainage ditch, the driver being trapped.
