President Andrés Manuel López Obrador reported that a part of the highway from Oaxaca to Puerto Escondido, which was scheduled to open on November 29, collapsed.
In his morning conference this Monday, November 6 at the National Palace, López Obrador said: “The rains affected us and it will take us two to three months because two slopes collapsed. “We were worried.”
