MAZATLAN._ More than three years after its inauguration, the Mazatlán Stadium, better known as Kraken, will change its name.
The owner of Mazatlán FC, businessman Ricardo Salinas Pliego, reported that an agreement was signed with a sponsor to give the sports venue a new name.
“Today the directors signed the name change of the stadium, I hope you like the new sponsor, they tell me it will be A CHARM, they better give it a good name and bring us luck,” the owner of TV Azteca published on his social networks.
Mazatlán Femenil receives Puebla this Friday on the penultimate date of Apertura 2023, a match that would be the last with the current name of the stadium to be called “El Encanto”.
