In a conference, the head of the Executive said that to participate you only have to buy a “little ticket” of 500 pesos and you can take the house and help. He acknowledged that he did not forget to inform beforehand about this raffle, but – he said – that there is still time to buy a little piece.
In addition to the residence at Villas Chakté, a box at the Azteca Stadium and 354 million pesos in cash prizes will be raffled off.
The National Tourism Promotion Fund (Fonatur) donated the property of Villas Chakté, after two years ago it began the process for the disincorporation of that property.
The house was even rented by the former Fonatur official, Raúl Bermúdez, who rented the vacation home for 11 thousand pesos per night on Aibnb and Booking.
Casa Chakté or Villas Chakté was built during the government of Felipe Calderón, who used the property for his family vacations, a tradition that Enrique Peña Nieto continued.
It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool and direct access to the Caribbean Sea, which is promoted in photos. The land is located at kilometer 25.5 of Kukulcán Boulevard, in Punta Nizuc, in Quintana Roo, and is valued at 17.9 million dollars, according to Fonatur.
