The global project finance company, ETHOS Asset Management, founded and directed by Carlos Santos, has set its sights on Mexico to become one of its priority markets to invest close to 300 million dollars, or around 5 billion pesos, in the next two years in projects in the manufacturing, textile, automotive, chemical, energy and tourism sectors.
Since its creation in 2012, ETHOS has financed more than 88 projects in the world for a total amount that exceeds $1.15 billion, and in Mexico, it already has a committed investment of $116 million by the end of this year. In July of this year, the company injected capital of more than 15 million into TAR Aerolíneas.
The company of Portuguese origin, which has its headquarters in San Diego, California, seeks to bring new financing proposals to Mexico and expand its reach in this region, in which it sees great potential due to the rapid growth of the financing deficit of various plans in recent years.
