The Governor of Tlaxcala, Lorena Cuéllar Cisneros held a meeting with representatives of Chambers and Business Associations, Entrepreneurs, and Industrialists, with whom she spoke about the actions and programs promoted by her administration to strengthen this sector.
During the meeting, the governor highlighted that according to figures from the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (Inegi), Tlaxcala ranks as one of the three Mexican states with the highest growth and economic recovery despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
In addition, the fact that the companies settled in the Tlaxcalan territory increased their industrial productivity and the level of exports derived from the quality of their products.
In addition to an investment of 75 million pesos to support microenterprises with loans that have low-interest rates and do not require a mortgage guarantee when they are less than 2.5 million pesos.
As well as the creation of the Environment Secretariat (SMA) and the Environmental Protection Agency of the State of Tlaxcala (Propaet) to work together with companies and achieve sustainable economic development.
