In part of the images, you can see an alleged thief sitting on the stairs of a public transport bus, the subject is already without clothes, it is presumed that he was beaten and then stripped off his clothes, which were later thrown out of the minibus and into the street.
In the footage, it can be observed that the man walks away wearing nothing but a face mask.
Along with a video of just 31 seconds, a user explained that the events occurred in a truck that covered the terminal route – Colinas del Sol – Lerdo de Tejada, in Toluca, when the man began to steal cell phones and was captured.
