La Paz , Baja California Sur.- The governor of Baja California Sur (BCS), Víctor Manuel Castro Cosío signed an agreement with the Score International organization so that the route advancement for the Baja 1000 race will be available as soon as possible, as well as all the necessary requirements to carry out this race that brings together participants from 20 countries and 30 cities in the United States.

It should be noted that the 54th edition of the traditional Baja 1000 race will take place from November 15 to 20, which begins in EnsenadaBaja California, and ends in La Paz, BCS.

The organizers point out that this type of event places BCS within the national projection in more than 25 Latin American countries and an economic spill of more than 20 million dollars is expected.

Cataloged as the best sporting event in the world, the Baja 1000 race will be the most widely publicized event of the year, since the ESPN television network will broadcast it in 25 countries.

In this regard, Víctor Castro specified that these types of events favor and bring collateral benefits and provide a value chain, from hiring local mechanics, to supporting ejidatarios or hiring accommodation and food.
