Mexico.-  According to the new update of the epidemiological risk traffic light, the third wave of infections continues to decline throughout the Mexican territory, this Friday, the Federal Ministry of Health reported that four states of the country will be green and none in red from September 20.

According to the report released this Friday by the Ministry of Health, in Mexico, the number of people who have died from COVID-19 reached 270,538, with 190 more deaths reported in the last 24 hours.

Regarding infections, 3 thousand 754 more cases were known among the population. With this figure, the global number of Mexicans who have had COVID-19 is 3 million 552 thousand 983 people.

The first 10 entities that accumulate the highest number of cases are: Mexico City, State of Mexico, Nuevo León, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Tabasco, Puebla, Veracruz, Sonora and San Luis Potosí.
