Vaccination campaign for pregnant women and people aged 50-59 announced in Aguascalientes

On Wednesday, May 19, a new Vaccination Campaign starts in Aguascalientes, aimed at people between 50 and 59 years of age and pregnant women who are at least 9 weeks pregnant and who live in the municipality of Aguascalientes.

This was indicated by the State Delegate for Development Programs in Aguascalientes, Aldo Ruiz Sánchez, who pointed out that on this occasion the vaccine will be applied exclusively to people from the aforementioned groups whose first surname begins with the letters A, B, and C, this as a measure to maintain order and speed up the vaccination process.

In this way, all those who meet the criteria defined may go to get vaccinated, to any of the following places:

Autonomous University of Aguascalientes
Forum of the Stars (Foro de las Estrellas)
Locomotive Hall, Tres Centurias complex
San Marcos Island (Isla San Marcos)

Aldo Ruiz added that it is very important that all citizens between 50 and 59 years of age and pregnant women over 18 years of age interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, present their file duly filled out at the time of attending. The file can be obtained on the website mivacuna.salud.gob.mx for which they are asked to follow these five points:

Finally, the Representative of the Government of Mexico in Aguascalientes, Aldo Ruiz, invited all citizens to remain attentive to the official calls for the next Vaccination Campaign, in order to avoid missing the dates corresponding to each group.
