For this reason, this has been one of the rules that it has been difficult for them to understand because it is a reality that Covid-19 does not have a contagion schedule, therefore they have not felt the measure, imposed, is for That is why they insist that the authorities reflect on the aspect of time control, since, in an orderly and compliant manner, as they are doing, it is not necessary to close businesses at such an early hour.

Citizens, Alfonso Aguilar clarified, to conclude, that even when shops close, people continue in the streets enjoying the night without any control, that is why they do not understand, why they are required to close, ensuring that, in the restaurants, the clientele is protected, thanks to the fact that the health recommendations are complied with as requested.
