The new shopping plaza will house shops and offices
Have you noticed the new construction that takes place next to Macroplaza and the World Trade Center? If your answer is yes, you are probably wondering what is it about? Our curiosity led us to investigate and find what will be a new shopping plaza.
Erected in Zona del Rio 3rd stage, one of the areas with the highest growth and density of the city, “Paseo del Parque” will be a mixed complex that will have restaurants, cafes, gym, bars, games for children, wellness area, clothing stores, sports store, sundries, financial services and more.
The plaza will have a surface area of more than 15,500 m2 of commercial area, and 8 thousand m2 of offices.
The site aims to meet the demand for quality spaces in an urban environment that generates security, encourages healthy coexistence with friends and family and creates an ideal environment for business.
Connected by wide and bright walkways surrounded by green areas, the plaza will be provided in one of its sections by a glass-paneled roof, as well as easy-access underground parking.
The Facebook page of “Paseo del Parque“ indicated that soon will be announced the opening of this place.
