Visitors from other parts of Sinaloa were aware of the Mazatlan reopening, and eagerly awaited the official reopening date
Many of them arrived in private cars, in vans-style buses, and others in so-called charters buses, which regularly attract tourists in large groups
The beaches and the heat of the city caused many of the visitors to walk with their shorts and loose clothing, as well as the children who come with their parents and who will have to teach the new COVID measures
