Culiacán registers 28 cases, while Mazatlán 5 and Mochis 3

Sinaloa- The number of active patients with COVID-19 in Sinaloa rose to 43, according to the most recent statement from the state Health Secretariat.

The agency reported that up to April 2, 7 new patients had been detected, making a total of 50 patients, 3 are already recovered and 4 died.

Of the 7 cases, 5 were said to be men and two are women, and ages ranged from 27 to 71 years old.

According to the newsletter, 3 of the new cases are from Culiacán, another from Mazatlán, one in Navolato, one from Ahome and one from Salvador Alvarado.

Of the active patients, 20 are women and 30 are men, in the age ranges of 25 to 89 years, the statement said.
