Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes’ youngest daughter, Laisha Michelle Oseguera González, surprised everyone by appearing at the funeral of the CJNG leader in Guadalajara, despite being accused of the disappearance and kidnapping of two marines in 2021.
Images show Laisha with dyed blonde hair among the attendees, while wreaths from the CJNG filled the funeral home under heavy military guard.
The impunity and inaction of Mexican authorities regarding her connection to serious crimes have sparked criticism and gone viral on social media.
Her sentimental partner, Cristian, alias “El Guacho,” was arrested in 2024 in the United States for working for the CJNG.

Unlike her older siblings, Jessica Johana and Rubén (“El Menchito”), Laisha has maintained a lower profile with authorities and the general public.
Laisha is the daughter of “El Mencho” and Rosalinda González Valencia, known as “La Jefa.”
She was reportedly born on April 4, 2001, making her approximately 23 years old.
Laisha’s Legal Status: Although her name was not initially on the most wanted lists, in 2021 she was named by the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) for her alleged involvement in the kidnapping of two marines in Zapopan, Jalisco, supposedly in retaliation for her mother’s arrest. However, later reports indicated that this accusation was dropped after the marines were released.
