Analely López Hernández, the Morena delegate for the Bienestar program in Libres, Puebla, is at the center of a growing scandal following the arrest of her alleged romantic partner, Nazario Ramírez, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. Ramírez, a prominent transport businessman, was detained by federal authorities for his suspected role as a key operator for the Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG) in the region.
The controversy erupted after social media users began circulating photos from López’s public accounts, which featured her posing in luxury vehicles, aboard helicopters, and enjoying expensive trips abroad, including visits to Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Among the most widely shared images were gifts such as Louis Vuitton jewelry, Dolce & Gabbana accessories, and a Jeep Wrangler reportedly valued at over 1.5 million pesos.
López has denied any criminal connection to Ramírez, claiming their relationship was “strictly professional.” However, the timing of Ramírez’s arrest and the lavish lifestyle displayed on López’s social media have raised questions about the source of her wealth, especially given her official monthly salary of 19,444.03 pesos, as listed on the Plataforma Nacional de Transparencia.

The arrest of Ramírez has sent shockwaves through Puebla’s political circles, with several officials distancing themselves from him. Images have surfaced showing Ramírez with high-ranking politicians, including Governor Alejandro Armenta, prompting further scrutiny.
As investigations continue, López’s future within Morena remains uncertain. The case underscores growing concerns about the infiltration of organized crime into local politics and the need for greater transparency and accountability.
