In the case of Mexico City, promotions have not been long in coming in preparation for May 28th. Here we list some of those offered by various fast food chains.
Carl’s Jr.: Famous Star Burger with cheese for one peso with the purchase of any combo.
Burger King: With the purchase of participating combos, the chain gives away a free Whopper burger.
McDonald’s: Quarter-pounder burger for 28 pesos when purchased through the chain’s app.
Nutritional Value of the Hamburger
According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Sader), the nutritional value of this dish lies in the combination of its nutritional elements.
On the one hand, we have the protein provided by meat in any of its varieties (pork, beef, goat, fish, etc.), then there are vegetables, such as lettuce, tomato, and onion, not to mention the grains found in the bun that give the burger its structure.
