Violence in Nuevo Laredo: roads closed, flights suspended, and “El Ricky” is arrested

The capture of El Ricky a leader of the Cartel del Noreste led to multiple clashes between armed civilians and authorities.

Residents denounce vehicle theft

Through platforms such as Facebook and X, residents of the city of Nuevo Laredo warned that several groups of armed civilians robbed citizens of their private vehicles during the day of violence.

In this sense, multiple publications circulated requesting the support of the people in case they found any of the units stolen from their owners.
