Authorities arrest alleged serial child abuser in Nuevo León.
Víctor Misael “N”, 29, was arrested in the La Silla neighborhood, in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, after abusing a seven-year-old boy, who asked for help and revealed the crime.
After his capture, the authorities linked him to other attacks of the same type against four more minors in Juárez and Guadalupe, which occurred between 2023 and 2024.
The offender was held in Cereso number 1 in Apodaca and faces charges for the crime of rape and corruption of minors.
On September 8, a 7-year-old minor, who was in the Las Lomas neighborhood in the municipality of Juárez, accompanied the alleged offender to a vacant lot to look for money that he had dropped and then abused him.
The authorities found that the accused had already committed other similar acts, so the authority considered him a serial rapist.
The second incident took place on September 23 in the Praderas del Oriente neighborhood, in the aforementioned municipality, in which a 9-year-old minor went to the store and when his family was late they went to look for him, finding him scared and dirty, saying that the suspect had sexually abused him.
In a third incident, on April 24, 2023, a 13-year-old minor left his home to play and minutes later his family found him scared and explained that the suspect had raped him, after deceitfully offering him to accompany him to a store.
Similarly, another incident took place on November 3, 2023, in the Jardines de Casa Blanca neighborhood, in the same municipality, when the suspect asked a 10-year-old boy to help him look for a chain, telling him that he knew his mother. After going to buy some tacos, he took him to a dirt road, where he committed the same act against the minor.
The fifth event, for which he is being investigated, occurred on October 28 of this year, in the municipality of Guadalupe, in which the 12-year-old victim, who was homeless, said that the individual arrived and woke him up, telling him to go get some clothes that he had for him. Minutes later, the suspect took him to an alley where he sexually abused him.
