A brave teacher protects and calms her students during a shooting in Baja California, Mexico.
This is how a teacher from the “Leopoldo Zea” elementary school calmed her students during a shooting in Tecate, Baja California on Thursday, September 4.
In the recording, she can be heard saying in a calm voice that it is time to rest because it was a very exhausting day.
“Let’s rest, we are asleep. Who snores when they sleep?” asks the teacher, who receives enthusiastic responses from the children.
According to local media, Humberto Sosa, commander of the Directorate of Citizen Security and Municipal Traffic, died in the attack, after receiving death threats against him and other authorities of the same district in Tecate, BC.
